Job Overview
We are looking for a sales-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations and drive revenue at our Kailash Colony clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Counsellor or Consultant in a clinic, wellness, or healthcare environment. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective client counselling and conversions
- Handle walk-in and lead-based consultations for hair & skin treatments
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily clinic operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients for treatment plans
- Coordinate with the front desk and internal teams for smooth operations
- Handle billing, reports, and basic MIS
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Counsellor / Consultant / Sales Executive
- Strong sales and conversion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and clinic software is an advantage
