Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to assess candidate suitability, and experience in hiring across multiple roles within timelines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial interview rounds
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
