Marketing Associate (E commerce and Omnichannel Support)
Reporting To: Omnichannel Product Manager
Role Purpose
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Associate who will manage our online product retail operations across platforms like Amazon and our website. The role will involve product listing, catalogue management, fulfillment coordination, reporting, and customer support—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and performance tracking.
Core Mandate
You will:
Convert product & growth discussions into clear tasks, owners, timelines, and outcomes
Own end-to-end execution tracking across Shopify, SEO, GTM, Pixels, analytics, and marketplaces
Act as the first-level POC for agencies and vendors
Ensure nothing slips, nothing is vague, and everything is measurable
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Catalogue Management
- Create, update, and manage product listings across Blinkit, Amazon and website among other marketplaces.
- Ensure correct product descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO keywords.
- Maintain accuracy of product catalogue and inventory visibility.
- Create and optimise Amazon A+ Content Listings.
2. Operations & Fulfilment Coordination
- Monitor daily incoming orders and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate with warehouses/logistics partners for shipping and dispatch
- Track stock availability and reconcile inventory periodically
- Maintain order reports and identify delays/issues proactively
- Actively track RTO and execute strategies to reduce the same.
- Use GoKwik to execute discounts, upsells and prepaid payment push.
3. Website Maintenance
- Regularly check Shopify website functionality and customer journey flow,
- Update product pages, banners, content, and promotions as needed.
- Identify issues related to checkout, payment, or browsing experience and coordinate fixes.
- Add new products and bundles as and when required.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track key metrics: sales, conversion rate, returns, traffic, product performance
- Track GA4, and set up funnels using GTM and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for management
- Identify trends and insights to improve product performance and customer experience
5. Review & Reputation Management
- Track and manage product reviews on Blinkit, Amazon and the website among other marketplaces.
- Coordinate internally for quick resolution of negative reviews and customer issues
- Help improve review ratings through systematic monitoring and reporting
6. Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchange requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution
- Ensure a smooth post-purchase customer experience
7. Marketing & Omnichannel Support
- Support marketing manager in day-to-day execution tasks
- Assist in product retail initiatives across online and offline channels
- Execute Re-marketing and Cross-Sale campaigns using bulk Whats-apps and emails.
- Any additional marketing/ops support as assigned by reporting manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years experience in E-commerce Operations / Marketing Analytics / Marketplace Management.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (mandatory).
- Experience creating A+ content and managing product listings.
- Good understanding of product SEO, cataloguing, and online merchandising
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
- Ability to work with data, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Highly organised with attention to detail and ownership mindset
- GTM and Pixel Management.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience with Headless Shopify, Gokwik.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads reporting, Amazon Ads dashboards
- Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, or D2C brands

Compensation & Location
CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month
