Role Objective

To drive corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and offline marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to clinic revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Growth Strategy

Identify and onboard corporate partners, institutions, and organisations.
Build and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
Execute strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.
KPIs
8–12 new corporate tie-ups per month
20–30% quarterly revenue growth from the corporate channel
Corporate retention rate ≥70%

2. Strategic ATL & BTL Planning

Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing initiatives across corporates, societies, and institutions.
Organise corporate events, health camps, and brand activations.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
KPIs
1000–1500 qualified leads per month
20–30 corporate activations/events monthly
10% reduction in cost per lead
Positive campaign ROI

3. Voucher & Campaign Optimisation

Design voucher-based campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Track campaign performance and improve conversions.
KPIs
50%+ voucher redemption rate
Minimum 5% conversion rate
Optimized revenue-to-voucher ratio

4. Medical & Doctor Alliances

Build referral partnerships with dermatologists, gynecologists, dentists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Conduct co-branded medical awareness sessions and referral programs.
KPIs
20+ active referring doctors
Quarterly joint medical events
Referral revenue aligned with targets

5. Team Leadership & Process Building

Guide and support corporate alliance executives.
Track performance through reports and dashboards.
Conduct monthly performance reviews.

Team target achievement ≥90%
SOP documentation implemented

6. Offline Marketing & Clinic Branding

Execute offline branding strategies.
Identify branding opportunities in corporates, societies, gyms, salons, and medical stores.
Manage vendors for kiosks, standees, banners, and promotional materials.
Ensure strong brand presence during events and health camps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in corporate partnerships, B2B marketing, alliances, or healthcare marketing.
Experience in ATL/BTL marketing, corporate tie-ups, and events.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
